If you have questions about credit score, credit reporting or if you believe you have been hurt by inaccurate reporting, we will meet with you and review your credit report, develop an action plan, and assist you with ensuring your credit is reporting accurately.
To start the process, we will need you to complete some forms which gives us basic information about you. Once you have completed and signed these forms, please email them to us at help@genesishs.org or fax them to 480.304.3165. We will review the forms and will email or call to schedule you to meet with a counselor. If we need to obtain your credit report, there is a fee for doing so.
